Lots of workshops covering such topics as intensive grazing, selling to local natural food stores, financing your farm enterprise, hertiage beef, pastured turkeys.
An organic lunch can be purchased (meat and vegetarian options available) from The Juniper Spoon. Food for the lunch will be purchased from small farms as possible. You may bring your own lunch.

Hi Lucy. This sounds like a good conference, wish I was closer. Do you ever go to the Upper Midwest conference in LaCrosse, Wisconsin? Can't believe it's time to order seeds already - spring will be here before we know it. Have a great day.
